First, your brand, organisation, product or service.
And, second, your readers.
Like you, they’re busy. There are many other things they might be prefer to be doing than read your copy. So every word must work hard to encourage them to read, and to keep reading. To convince them why they should sign-up to find out more about your company, product or service, make an enquiry, or buy.
